So I'm sure some of you have been upgrading to Windows 10 because it's fresh and new and NOT WINDOWS 8!! lol. But more of you have not been upgrading because of things like my previous journal where Paint Tool Sai does not work. Well, i've done some research and thanks to a commenter on a Youtube video, I found this easy fix to get Paint Tool Sai working 100%! What is dithering? Dithering is a pixel art process used to blend blocks of colour together or help apply a texture to a pixelled surface. Within emoticons it is most commonly used when making pixelled backgrounds, however it can be used in a number of other areas, e.g. massive emote bases, pixel objects etc. In this tutorial, we will focus on how 2 colours can be blended with dithering.
